This year, Ming Foods will be exhibiting at the Food and Drink Expo at the Birmingham NEC for the first time.
The Food and Drink Expo is billed as the largest UK food and drink trade exhibition. For 2010, the exhibition will also be co-located with Foodex, Baking Industry Exhibition, Cafe+, @CRS, Off Licence Show, Convenience Retailing Show, IFFE and the new Food & Drink Logistics Show.
There will be over 600 suppliers, a Business Briefing Theatre and a Chefs Live demonstration kitchen featuring Rachel Green, Sudha Shankar, Andy MacKenzie and David Gale.
Ming Foods will be promoting its wholesale packs of premium-quality pancakes for Peking duck and crispy duck and also showcasing its retail packs of pancake wraps, launched at IFE 2009.
Our pancake wraps are a fun way to create new meals from leftovers and make food go further.
