Food and Drink Expo, 2010
21-24 March 2010 - Birmingham NEC, UK
In 2010, Ming Foods exhibited at the Food and Drink Expo at the Birmingham NEC for the first time.
The Food and Drink Expo was billed as the largest UK food and drink trade exhibition. For 2010, the exhibition was co-located with Foodex, Baking Industry Exhibition, Cafe+, @CRS, Off Licence Show, Convenience Retailing Show, IFFE and the new Food & Drink Logistics Show.
There were over 600 suppliers, a Business Briefing Theatre and a Chefs Live demonstration kitchen featuring Rachel Green, Sudha Shankar, Andy MacKenzie and David Gale.
Ming Foods promoted its wholesale packs of premium-quality pancakes for Peking duck and crispy duck and also showcasing its retail packs of pancake wraps, launched at IFE 2009.
