Kosherfest 2008
11th - 12th November 2008 - Meadowlands Exposition Center, Secaucus, New Jersey USA
 Ming Foods will be exhibiting at Kosherfest again this year along with a contingent of other European food manufacturers Kosher-certified by the Kashrut Division of the London Beth Din. Now celebrating its 20th year, Kosherfest is the number one food and drink trade event focusing exclusively on certified kosher products.
Our products can be used to wrap a variety of ingredients, including meat and vegetables. Suitable for frying, steaming and baking, they are competitively priced and easy to use, making them ideal for busy restaurant and hotel kitchens as well as a wrap or container component in ready meals or meal kits.
In addition to wrapping Peking duck, our pancakes can also be used in Moo Shu dishes (also spelled Moo Shoo, Moo Shi or Mu Xu). Moo Shu pork, in particular, is a very popular dish in the US.
Please note that Ming Foods' Chinese pancakes do not contain any meat or dairy products and are manufactured in the UK using British ingredients.

The British Retail Consortium (BRC) is the leading trade association for the UK retail industry. Introduced in 1998 in response to industry needs, the BRC Food Technical Standard is widely regarded internationally as a benchmark for best practice in the food industry.

 Ming Foods' Chinese pancakes are now available at Makro Cash & Carry Stores.
Makro operates 33 cash and carry stores across the UK, including Aberdeen, Glasgow and Edinburgh in Scotland, Belfast in Northern Ireland as well as Birmingham, Manchester and Liverpool in England. Between 10th and 23rd September 2008, Makro will be promoting Ming Foods' Chinese pancakes at all 33 stores.
