World Food Market 2006
29th - 30th November 2006 - ExCeL Centre, London UK
 After a successful first outing at the 2005 World Food Market, we promoted our Chinese crispy duck pancakes again this year as part of the Ethnic & Speciality Food Exhibition during the 2006 event at London's ExCeL Centre.

Crispy Duck Pancake Promotions between 22nd - 28th October 2006
We promoted our crispy duck pancake products at the famous SIAL 2006 Global Food Market Place Exhibition in Paris, France.
Held over five days, the event attracted exhibitors and visitors from all over the world. We would like to thank all our visitors for your feedback and comments - we look forward to meeting you again in the near future!

Shell Step Awards 2006 - London South East Winner, London Final Winner and National Runner-up
Jenny was placed with us as part of the Shell Step programme, which offers undergraduates project-based work in small to medium sized businesses.
Over a period of eight weeks, Jenny researched and developed a new food product for Ming Foods. Before completing her project, she presented her work so far at the Shell Step Awards London South East Final, which she went on to win, and then at the Shell Step Awards London Final - winning that competition as well!
As a result of Jenny's work at Ming Foods, she has been crowned London's Most Enterprising Student 2006.
At the Shell Step National Finals, Jenny won the runner-up award for UK's Most Enterprising Student, beating over 1,000 students, as well as "Best Presentation."
