Kosherfest 2007 11th - 12th November 2007 - Jacob K. Javits Center, New York USA
The Ming Foods team was very excited to exhibit at Kosherfest 2007 along with a contingent of other food manufacturers Kosher-certified by the Kashrut Division of the London Beth Din. Another exhibition in its 19th year, Kosherfest is a major international event focusing exclusively on certified kosher products.
Despite practising our terminology so that we could explain that our Chinese pancakes are sometimes referred to as Mandarin pancakes, Mandarin wrappers or Mandarin skins, the Ming Foods team also learned that Chinese pancake wrappers are mainly used in the Moo Shu pork dish (also spelled Moo Shoo pork, Moo Shi Pork or Mu Xu Pork). Moo Shu pork is a very popular dish in the US.
We also enjoyed sampling other kosher-certified food products and meeting visitors from all over the US as well as the international Jewish community.

The Restaurant Show 2007 8th - 10th October 2007 - Earls Court 2, London UK
We demonstrated our Chinese crispy duck pancakes at The Restaurant Show 2007, held at Earls Court 2 in London, between 8th-10th October 2007. Now in its 19th year, The Restaurant Show is a trade event aimed exclusively at the UK's restaurant industry.
The Ming Foods Team met a number of restauranteurs as well as the next generation of head chefs, introducing them to our premium quality pancake pastry, its versatility and how it can be used in a variety of recipes for starters, main meals and desserts as well as in snacks and canapes.
Thank you to all who came to visit our stand!
